1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Feedcraft platform and website at feedcraft.dev (the "Service"), operated by Feedcraft ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Scope of Service
Feedcraft is a personal-use content automation platform. The Service is used to:
- Source and curate content from publicly available sources
- Generate AI-assisted narration and short-form video content
- Publish content to social media platforms via their official APIs
The Service is currently operated for personal use and access is restricted to the developer and a limited number of approved individuals (family and close friends). It is not open to general public registration.
3. Permitted Use
Approved users may access the Service solely for personal, non-commercial content creation purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
- Use the Service to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Share or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
4. Content Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they create using the Service complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of any platform where content is published (including TikTok, YouTube, and others).
Feedcraft does not claim ownership of content created or published through the Service. We do not review or moderate user-generated content.
5. Third-Party APIs
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) via their official APIs. Use of those integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or any impact on the Service.
6. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedcraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
